Cancellation and Refund Policy 

At Wilderness Women Tour Company, we understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free cancellation and refund process. Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:

  1. Cancellation by the Customer: If a customer wishes to cancel their booking, they must do so in writing via email to our customer support team. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • If the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the tour start date, the customer will receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee.

  • If the cancellation is made between 30-59 days prior to the tour start date, the customer will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the tour start date, no refund will be given.

  1. Cancellation by Wilderness Women Tour Company: In the unlikely event that Wilderness Women Tour Company has to cancel a tour, customers will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, customers will be given the option to transfer their booking to another tour date or receive a full refund of the total tour cost.

  2. Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation date. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for the original booking.

  3. Changes to Tour Itinerary: Wilderness Women Tour Company reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and we will do our best to provide alternative arrangements.

  4. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that customers purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations or disruptions to their travel plans.

  • By booking a tour or service with Wilderness Women Tours, the customer is indicating their consent to accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions.

  • The Terms and Conditions apply to all types of tours and services provided by Wilderness Women Tours, including group tours, customized holidays, corporate tours, and other products and services for domestic, international, or inbound travel.

  • Wilderness Women Tours reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be valid and enforceable, and will supersede any previous provisions.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in government policy, Wilderness Women Tours reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions as necessary.

  • If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still be valid and enforceable.

  • The Terms and Conditions, along with any other booking-related terms and communications, represent the entire agreement between Wilderness Women Tours and the customer.

  • A booking will only be considered valid once Wilderness Women Tours has received the initial registration amount or deposit.

  • Wilderness Women may revise the 'Terms and Conditions' without prior notice.

  • Any changes will be updated by publishing the new version on their website.

  • By continuing to use their website after any revision, you will be considered to have accepted the updates.

  • No person other than the company, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation of these 'Terms and Conditions'.

  • Employee/s and the Partners/s of Wilderness Women have no authority to vary, add, amplify or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Wilderness Women.

  • If any of these Terms and Conditions are held invalid, that invalid provision shall be construed to be consistent with the applicable law.

  • If you are acting as a guest, nothing in these 'Terms and Conditions' shall affect your legal rights as a consumer to the extent they may not be excluded or limited by law.

  • This agreement is subject to interpretation as per the laws of a specific country/region.

  • Any unresolved dispute/claim arising from the tour/package/service shall be subject to the Court of Jurisdiction at a specific city.

  • If any guest has a query, concern or problem, they should immediately inform their Wilderness Women's Travel Advisor or Tour Manager present on tour.

  • Any unresolved issue must be brought to their notice within 30 days after completion of the tour/service.

  • Wilderness Women and the guest each agree to notify the other party of the dispute in writing and attempt in good faith to negotiate an informal resolution.

  • Guests must send all communication related to such disputes or for that matter any other notice or legal complaints to Wilderness Women's office in Mumbai, India.

  • Legal complaints should be addressed to the corporate office of Wilderness Women, located at a specific address.

  • If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute within a 60-day period, then either part

  • Visa fees of Indian Nationals (excluding 'Gratis Visas', on arrival free visas, and free visas)

  • Driver and guide tip

 General exclusions in a group tour:

  • Gratis/free visas not included in tour price

  • Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, beverages, additional mineral water or food not in pre-set menus

  • Courier charge for specific requirements

  • Any transport charge not mentioned to reach reporting point or onwards from dropping point

  • Expense incurred in case of discontinuation of tour

  • Additional expense incurred for any unforeseen circumstance like scheduled flight cancellation, unscheduled accommodation, or force majeure situation

  • Increase in government taxes, fuel surcharges, YQ taxes, airfare, airport development fee, transport charges, visa fees, sightseeing charges, etc.

  • Additional charge for pre or post air ticket deviation from scheduled tour programme w.r.t. date or sector

  • Any excess luggage charge levied by the airline/cruise/rail/transport company

  • Additional charges not included in tour price:

  • Upgradation charge towards first class, business class, premium economy, seat selection, separate vehicle, room category change, etc. levied by associates like airline/cruise/rail/hotel/transport company

  • Payment options:

  • Travel loan offered by bank and financial institutions on EMI basis

  • Wilderness Women Tours will charge cancellation charges as per the Cancellation Policy and Bank/Financial Institution/issuer shall process the refund (if any) after deducting the cancellation charge

  • Bank/financial institution/issuer is at their sole discretion in providing EMI facility to guests and Wilderness Women Tours has no role in approval, extension, pricing, modification, pre-closure, closure, or any matter incidental thereto pertaining to the EMI facility

  • Wilderness Women Tours shall not be held liable for any dispute arising out of or in connection with such EMI facility between the guest and the Bank/Financial Institution/issuer.
